'intellij 2021.3.3 community edition gives an error while installing scala plugin

I am on windows 11. I have downloaded intellij 2021.3.3 community edition and while i try to install the scala plugin getting the following error.

The same happens while installing the scala plugin in the previous version of intellij community edition.

Any help / suggestions
