'Index of /xampp doesn't open new files & doesn't show my folders/files

2 problems for me today :

Index of /xampp is empty, as in I do not see a list of my folders like I normally should
I get "404 Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server" when I try to open files of a new folder in my htdocs
