'Illumina Adapter sequence
I am using Cutadapt to remove adapter sequences on paired end reads.I am creating a pipeline so I need some adapter sequence if not exact. Is there any link where i can get the most commonly used illumina adapter sequences . As I do not know exactly which adapters were used. I tried using assumed sequences but it would be better if I use real sequences for adapters. Thanks for the help.
