IBM MQ 9.2 c++ sample programs

Question

I have installed IBM MQ on docker as well as the normal installation,you can see the descriptions of the installations in the screenshots. I am trying to run the sample C/C++ programs that came with the installation. However I am unable to run the application and connect to the queue manager after building the c++ program. I can't find IBM documentation about this. what am I missing?
