'How to solve error "Failed to execute script 'pyi_rth_certifi' due to unhandled exception"

The exe is packaged locally, but this error is displayed when throwing it to another computer Environment variables were set

C:\Users\username\Anaconda3

C:\Users\username\Anaconda3\Scripts

C:\Users\username\Anaconda3\Library\bin

error still occurs

ImportError: dll load failed while importing _ssl 找不到指定的模組。

Is it because of less packing?
