'How to install Docker Swarm Kit?

My friend and I are trying to install Docker SwarmKit for our project, but are having a hard time with it.

Yes, we know that now Docker Swarm Mode uses SwarmKit under the hood, but for our project, we need to use SwarmKit only. (For reference)

To give a background, we just want to install SwarmKit and connect our PCs remotely as worker and manager nodes, for now. But we can't get past the installation phase, every step pops up new errors. Moreover, we can't seem to find any simple articles or guides for installation. So if anyone has something to help, it would be appreciated.

Also, we want to install it in Windows OS only.
