'How to fix Unable join_cluster rabbitmq

I have 2 nodes rabbitmq01 and rabbitmq 2 before i do join_cluster i checked the status of these 2 nodes enter image description here

Then I stopped_app and did join_cluster but the error came again enter image description here

I also tried to check the version of the erl of 2 node enter image description here
