'how to find value for non-normal distrution graph (in PerstoSQL)

I have one data set which the distribution of data is skewed_left distribution. i want to know what value that is the intercept (sorry my English is not good. I'm not sure my explanation will be comprehensive or not) .

As attached picture, i would love to know what is the exact value that my graph start to slide to left (need to know the red cross symbol)

is there anyway i can calculate via PrestoSQL. ?
