'How can I run the Elastic and Kibana (maybe ELK stack) on local dev box (k3s, minikube)?
I'd like to run the Elastic and Kibana on my local dev box to test something out. This would be a short-lived test. I can use Docker Desktop for windows (which supports Kubernetes) or K8S on Linux K8S or mini-kube, or k3s on Linux.
I found Is it possible to run the elk stack on kubernetes using minikube but there was not an answer.
I have a fair bit of resources (memory and disk) but don't plan to leave this up and running.

- I found https://logz.io/blog/deploying-the-elk-stack-on-kubernetes-with-helm/ but it seems a bit overkill for a small test environment.
