'Grease Pencil layers turn green and translucent if I go to the next frame

I'm working using Grease Pencil for the first time so I am a novice at using it. Certain Layers in my grease pencil object turn translucent green if I play the animation. I noticed that all the layers that disappeared are duplicated from one layer "Walls".On a frame other than 0

All options between visible and invisible layers are the same (Onion-skinning, Use lights-off, Show only on keyframed - off)
