Gradle error is preventing me from creating APK file in android studio

Question

I keep getting errors when trying to create an APK file for my app. Initially, my problem was with the build Gradle since I was using a deprecated version of fluttertoast. I upgraded the fluttertoast to the latest version I received the following error:
