'Getting "Error: fatal: bad numeric config value '9999999999' for 'http.postbuffer': out of range" cloning with SourceTree on Windows

I suddenly started getting this error when cloning with SourceTree. I found that the .gitconfig file in my root folder had a setting for postBuffer. That was set to a different value though. Where does SourceTree store the value for postbuffer?
