'Get-NetAdapterRss with powershell below version 3
I want to check if RSS is enabled on an adapter. The way I found is to make use of Get-NetAdapterRss but it doesn't seem to work on powershell version below 3. Is there any other way through powershell where we can fetch this information irrespective of version or since RSS is only allowed on and above Windows Server 2012, can it not be a possibility that even windows 12 system has powershell 2?
