'Flutter Web Connect Wifi

I would create a Flutter Website for Connecting a Guest or Free WiFi,

I got a Restaurant and I got Guest WLAN, all tables has got Qr codes and the people's can scan the code , after the scan coming the flutter website , I wanna add a Button for directly Connect to our Guest WLAN. Has somebody any idea about this project or any Code source ?that has to work as a website all Guest don't wanna download the App , they want only use the Web Applications. That can be also HTML or Php website , language does not matter.
