'Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using, not able to executing ipython
I'm trying to execute Ipython but I'm getting following error
(openquake) C:\Users\openquake\Scripts>ipython Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"c:\users\openquake\scripts\python.exe" "C:\Users\openquake\Scripts\ipython.exe" ': Access is denied.
Please give possible solution
