'Establish connection between

I'm looking for solution how to establish connection between my home server and a client. The problem is that I don't have white IP address and buy it is not an option. I'm able to rent a server with white IP and want to create network like on the picture below

Also I found ready solution named Hamachi, but for some reason it is not an option too. Now I'm researching in VLAN, but not sure that it is right technology.

I'll be glad for any suggestion, links to related topics or ready guides how to aim it.
