Error while Uploading and launching Instant App in android studio

Question

i have made a instant app and i get this error when deploying

    com.google.android.instantapps.sdk.lib.AdbCommandException: ADB process exited with code 1: [install-multiple, -r, -t, --ephemeral, D:\hello\normal\app\build\intermediates\apk\debug\app-debug.apk]
Command output:
adb: failed to finalize session
Failure [-116: Failed to prepare for install.]

Error while Uploading and launching Instant App
Failed to launch an application on all devices

How do i fix this error? i have android studio bumblebee 2021. it worked a couple of days ago. my compilesdk is 32.

this is a share of logcat when i try to deploy the instant app. The normal non instant app is working perfectly so it has to be a problem with the instant app part.
