'Eclipse is unresponsive when hovering over any class

Eclipse is unresponsive when hovering over any class. When a pop-up window appears, the editor freezes. How to fix it? Eclipse was downloaded before and unpacked, i.e. brand new installation.

I use java 1.8 and Eclipse Oxygen 3A. Win 10.
