'Dsharp permissions for private channels

I am trying to set permissions for a individual private discord channel. Looking through the list of available permissions I dont see anything that would match this. Is this a thing that can be done? (I am extremely new to C#, and skimming through their docs I dont see anything that would lead me to believe I can.) If there is a way to do so are there any recommendations?
