'Digital Ocean Managed Postgresql Database - Password Authentication Failed

I have been using Digital Ocean Managed PostgreSql default user for PgAdmin4. Recently I created another user through digital ocean console and limited the access. It gives me an error ‘Password Authentication Failed’ when I tried to login to newly created user from PgAdmin4.

Is there anything I am missing?
