'Data transfer between pods

I have a aws cluster with many nodes. We recently found that data transfer is happening between pods across nodes which result in high monthly bills.

I'm investigating to know from which pod to data is going and where it is getting received (some other pod in different node)

Ec2 data transfer is getting high and i need to list out source pod and destination pod with data amount.

Is there any way we could list out this?
