Couldn't spawn child process: C:/bugzilla/admin.cgi

Question

I don't know what the problem is, after successfully setting up Bugzilla and log-in, when I clicked any of the link like Administration it returns this error message:

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message: 
couldn't create child process: 720002: admin.cgi

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

kehinde already mention that Bugzilla is developed in Linux environment.

You should change the path in all .cgi files on line 1 from

#!/usr/bin/perl -T

to

#!C:\Perl64\bin\perl.exe -T

Then restart your Apache/WAMP Server. It works!

It's a simple issue, just have to change the installation Perl directory to point to where the bin folder at the top of each .cgi files since Bugzilla is developed in Linux environment. #!/Perl64/bin/perl.exe -T

Just place a double quotation after #! Also remember to close your quotation E.g #!"C:\your path to python\python.exe"
