'Converting a 2 pages pdf in single page pdf (using PyPDF2 in python)
i have a pdf with 2 pages in it, i want it to make a single page pdf (like in printing preview), i want its first page to rotate right (landscape) then stick it to upper half of new page, and its second page to rotate right and stick it to lower half of that same page, and save it as newPdf.
