'Command prompt randomly opens and closes
My command prompt opens up randomly for like 10 seconds and then closes. The title says "npm". I couldn't figure out what is causing this behavior. It happens completely randomly, even when my VS Code is not open. Moreover, I didn't use npm for a while.
