click bypass in a game with left click fix

Question

I wrote an image processing game bot with python, but I couldn't run left click.i need bypass for left click. game: Misali2 Protect: Uriel anti cheatmoves on stones but does not click, I should have done the click manually. pls help me

I guess the cursor doesn't click because it teleports, because it doesn't click even when i move it very fast myself. how do i get it to act like a human instead of teleporting

i use this commands

pyautogui.moveTo(x=target[0], y=target[1])
sleep(0.1)
pyautogui.click(button='left')

they fixed all macro programs, maybe it's not because of what i'm thinking is there any other solution pls help me
