'Changes in .CS file which is being used as DLL are not being reflected in another project
I have a project Shared and project Portal. I shared project, these is a business process and it is being used as DLL in project Portal. Reference to DLL is present in Project Portal for DLL but still changes made in project shared are not reflecting in portal project. In project Portal, copy local is set to true and I cannot change it to false
