'Cannot activate MSMQ on Windows 11 (home) ARM

I try to activate MSMQ on Windows 11 AMR, but eventhough it says SERVICES ACTIVATED, the check box is OFF when I go to the TURN ON / OFF WINDOWS FEATURES to check...
