'can't install maplotlib package on python: got "Process finished with exit code 132 (interrupted by signal 4: SIGILL)"

Python console process finish with code 132

I can install package but when I try to import it I have this error. I tried unstalling matplotlib and reinstall, install with latest python version and tried also the recommanding on other topics.
