'Build impact from antivirus even with folder exclusions
we recently updated one of our windows nodes for jenkins (From Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019), the build times for all projects pretty much doubled in times. It got better when we excluded the workareas on said node. We used McAffee, now we are trying things with the Windows Defender. Still it seems our build times are close to double the amount they used to be, with an identical system (besides antivirus and OS version). Does anyone have an idea? I only find articles where it seemed to be enough to exclude certain folders. Are We missing folders?
