'Browsers - Is there a way to autorefresh until website is shown?

Is there a way to autorefresh until website is shown? I'd prefer to use Mozilla Firefox, maybe with some plugins.

I've some 404 or website still not online and i'd like to autorefresh until it's shown for the first time.

Is there a way to do this?
