I am running Azure Lamp stack using terraform getting

file provisioner error timeout - last error: dial tcp 20.237.241.47:22: i/o timeout

this is the script i have coded, Any suggestions to fix this?

Seems there is problem for your source(location) of file provisioner.you haven't specify the exact path where index.php file is there. To resolve the issue plese specify full path for source.This might be reason your getting error.
