'AWS RDS activity increase every few minutes - Postgres

There is a periodic increase in write activity every 22 minutes in my RDS instance. As far i I know it is not triggered by any query but its getting triggered on its own by some db activity.

Any ideas what the reason might be?

The postgres version is 13.3, running on an m5.large instance.
