'Apache Virtual Private Server Configuration - 403 Forbidden
I have recently got a VPS server and facing an issue.
If I make consecutive requests from the server from the same IP, every 6th request is getting 403 Forbidden and I have to wait for 5 seconds to send the next request.
apache error_log is showing "client denied by server configuration".
I have installed mod_security with OWASP, I do not know if it is causing the issue but I have disabled it completely, still, I am facing the issue.
I have also followed https://blog.cpanel.com/how-to-survive-a-ddos-attack/ and made changes in WHM/cPanel.
It would be great if anyone can let me know what is going wrong.
