'Accessing Intent's parameter's values in inline fulfillment

I have a DialogFlow set up with intent 'cook' and the entity uses in the intent is $food. The intent asks for $food value and the user enters is.

I want to create a dynamic fulfillment response (from the inline editor) based on the $food value. I have the function 'get_food' in fulfillment mapped to intent 'cook', how do I access the value of $food from inside the function?
