'XQuartz with MacOS zsh

I wanted to use xquartz when ssh to a server, to see the graphics when drawing a plot. But it won't work when I access to the server (it just don't run when I type ssh -XY xxx@xxx). Could anyone give me some clues?

This problem occurred when I change to new MacBook Pro M1 which using zsh instead of bash.
