wordpress wp query posts per page big data problem

Question

In wordpress, I create an index with an array and throw it into a datatable with a loop. 'posts_per_page' => works up to 200. But doing this more than 200 or -1 does not give any results. Most likely there is a limit problem. Where can I fix this limit?
