'Wordpress + Elementor - CSS Loading problem

Good morning,

We are using Elementor+Crocoblock on our Wordpress site and we have a problem with our CSS. It seems like it's not stored in the cache and every time a user changes a page the CSS is loaded after the HTML. At the moment we have "hidden" the problem by using a preloader.

Is there a way to load it before the HTML?
