'Why doesn't Google Assistant answer to my Smart Home commands?
My team is developing a Google Action based on the Security System trait in Italian. We implemented everything we needed and we run all the tests by our side. When I actually asks Assistant to do something using the suggested utterances and keywords, it just searchs the words on Google instead of actually run the command.
We couldn't find a way to contact the dev team from Google in months. We also tried using the new Playground but you just cannot add a Security System device in there.
