Why do I get vertical and horizontal scrollbars only with dark themes in vmware on linux

Question

For some reason when I use dark gtk themes no matter what distro , I get horizontal and vertical scrollbars only when in fullscreen . When I exit fullscreen they disappear and everything looks normal as intended . My favorate theme is BlackMATE . I search the internet for a while looking for a solution , and I mean a good while . I've been dealing vith this problem since vmware 15 first noticing it in ubuntu 17.04 , but the very few posts that come up offer no solution at all . They just suggest that maybe the resolution is set too high , but that can't be the problem because my resolution has always been 1920x1080 on my desktop . Plus when Use a light theme or one that I don't really care for , no scrollbars in fullscreen . I thought it was my graphics card at some point but nope . The same thing happens on my laptop as well and other desktops . Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening , and anything I could try to fix this . I greatly Appreciate any help PLEASE .
