'Where to find Base64-encoded Certificate on Twilio?

I received WhatsApp approval to use the WhatsApp Business API via Twilio, but can't seem to find the Base64 on my Twilio account. Following the instructions here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/on-premises/reference/account#regcode
