'Whats the simple way to add a column of indices to a Table in Arquero?

Internally, a Table structure has a field _Index which seems to contain an Ordered collection of indices that respect any table ordering or sorting rules.

That is great, but I need to be able to access it sometimes - but I don't really see how in the docs?
