'What is the right term for projects that fall between open and close source?

At our company we're currently calling our projects open source, but I don't fully agree.

The reason we're calling it that is because it's not closed source, meaning when clients migrates or asks us to have a look at the code, the client or their new web company is allowed to look at everything and keep using it.

The reason I think we can't call it open source is because the code is not publicly available anywhere, which I think is the reason for the most pros and cons in full open source projects.

I've been looking for an hour now, trying to find the right term for this, if you have any suggestions or you think I'm wrong and we are right to call it open source, please let me know.
