'what is the reason for this error when I run wso2 analytics worker?

I am using analytics 3.2.0 version and I configured APIM and analytics in two separate servers(APIM :server 1 ,analytics : server 2). when i run worker of analytics see blow error.how can I solve this? thanx all.
