'What is the parameter of a list field column/field GRAVITY FORMS?

I am using gravity forms and have a list field with multiple columns that I would like to be populated dynamically. I understand the full field has my parameter of 'list' ... but how do I get the individual columns targeted?
I need to add that I aim to populate via url.
