'What is the best platforms to consider for a client portal

I'm looking for abit of guidance on the best platforms for a client portal rebuild.

Currently, the project is built in Drupal. The website, portal or whatever you want to call it has a secure login. One logged into the dashboard you will see incident reports, hygiene scores and have the facility to make reports via a form.

Any suggestions would be great.
