'What is best practice for a GitHub release/tag name for private/public beta
If I need to tag a release in GitHub that is being released for private beta, what is a best-practice name? I've seen e.g. v0.0-beta but this doesn't differentiate to when we go to public beta. Is it acceptable to call it v0.2.0-privatebeta and then v0.2.0-publicbeta or is there a more conventional approach?
