'What are the public or paid data sources on small businesses, their finance and credit defaults?

we're building a service to help small and medium businesses in the US to get access to funding. Help to pre-fill most of the data and do a more fair underwriting.

What would be good public directories of the SMBs, their registration data, and data about financials and credit defaults. Also if there are paid services, it would help a lot.

P.S., we explored D&B, Experian, and LexisNexis. Though it doesn't cover all of our use-cases. Thanks!
