'Vscode how to set up include path or vscode c++ extention

can anyone please let me know how do you set up the include path? like every so often the vscode c++ extentions decided that it has no "vision" and all the include paths are not there.

i have no idea what iam doing wrong, or why is that extention refusing to help, if anyone have a good code editor that works fine without those problems i will also gladly look into it...
