'VisJs Timeline Top Label and Multiple Columns (apart from the Group)

We are using VisJS Timeline to plot appointments for destinations.
Here is what we have so far enter image description here What we want to do, is add a label on the top left - above the groups (which is empty right now). Is it possible to achieve this?
Also next to the group name (first one being 1002) - we want to add additional columns.
Is it possible to achieve this one as well?
