'Valid SSL getting blocked

I have an application hosted on Azure for which I have purchased SSL from Godaddy. The bindings of the ips with the domain is all configured and the certificate validation is also done. When we visit the site, it shows the SSL is correct and active.

However, one of my client is facing issue with the Fortinet. They are using it for filtering and my API urls are getting blocked by the filter. The log says, "certificate probe failed". Please help
